We will unify each pose with the connection of breath and motion. Certain poses may require some muscular engagement and more sustained effort, while others require gentle stretching to restore the body… all you need is your Yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Walk & Stretch

Move with me this summer for a walk and stretch yoga class outside!

A 20 min group walk outside by the lake, to follow a gentle stretch in the park. A great time to breathe in fresh air, to be outside and enjoy the weather! Some meditation and breathing excercies may be included :)

This group runs for 8 weeks with a free complimentary class for an overall 9 week series.

$80.00 per person, starts Friday June 28th!
